After the death of her high school literature mentor, Chenchi takes a one-day trip to her hometown Guadalajara. It is in mass where she recognizes a familiar face, Mora, her high school best friend. The last time she saw her was eleven years ago at their graduation party. Mora convinces Chenchi to spend the rest of the day with her rather than working in the airport as she waits for her night flight. During the time both of the old friends slowly become their old high school selves and old feelings come back.
