The film follows the first systematic underwater archaeological survey around Kasos Island. Kasos has a remarkable maritime activity, from Homeric time to the previous century. Maritime archaeologist Xanthi Argyris, leads a team of archaeologists, scientists and technicians. They are diving in search of ancient wrecks. They are completing the fourth year of maritime archaeological survey in the area. After scanning 60 km of shoreline, they have discovered ten shipwrecks. Covering all periods from ancient times to the present. After 220 dives and 320 hours underwater, 108 selected archaeological finds were recovered. Studying shipwreck locations and all these items add tiles in the large mosaic of the Aegean Sea's underwater archaeological map.
