Zanah was homeschooled until she was 14 years old, then started college. Being raised in a religious household, and being thrown into an adult environment was terrifying for her. Her first experience sharing her body with someone was through sexual assault, and it took her years to identify that the trauma from this experience, and several subsequent experiences carried through her adult life. Ten years later, at age 24, Zanah took the leap into sexual trauma therapy. This documentary captures her six month journey, coupled with round table interviews from trauma therapists, advocates, and sex educators.
