Director Biography - Anya Martin

Anya Martin is a filmmaker from the Bay Area who recently graduated from California Institute of the Arts. While at school she got the opportunity to produce and create many films. Her short film, Slurp, in 2019, was selected by five film festivals and was Second Place for Audience Choice at Reel Youth Film Festival. She enjoys keeping her hands busy by felting, doing pottery, gardening, and eating popcorn in the movie theater. In the future, she hopes to continue making films with friends and enjoy the little things in life.
