Meredith is a rambunctious islander who rather go fishing than anything else. Especially rather than being stuck practicing piano indoor... Using her wit and a little help from Finny the dog, she escapes her dad vigilance for a day of fun by the shore. But after she gets involved in a fishing accident, Meredith and her dad learn how listening to each other may be the key to rebuilding their trust in each other.
