Flow, an inquisitive, young jellyfish swims through the ocean in a search of a friend. Throughout her journey, she constantly gets rejected by many characters - specifically a crab that she tried her best with by offering him a new shell. Feeling dismissed, she befriends the ocean’s number one enemy - plastic. She gets her tentacles wrapped around the plastic bag, causing her to sink. An unlikely friendship arises when the crab from before saves her life.
