ABOUT THE FILM: In this film, created through the Acting Gym’s rigorous summer film program for young professional and pre-professional artists, a young victim of abuse runs out of options and is alienated from her community.

ABOUT THE FILMMAKER: Raia Morgan is a socially conscious, female student filmmaker. Inspired to tell stories that reflect contemporary issues and social dilemmas, Morgan zeroes in on interpersonal relationships. Her hope is that, through film, she will evoke a viewer’s empathy in order to promote awareness, understanding, and change. She will be attending NYU starting in the fall of 2023.
