ABOUT THE FILM: Before her 30th birthday party, Elanor's anxiety and demand for perfection turn a pleasant manicure into a bloody mess. ABOUT THE FILMMAKER: Carlos Enrique Tejera, "Carluccio", is a filmmaker and photographer born in Venezuela, now based in Miami and NYC. Tejera graduated from NYU and he is a former Miami Film Festival programmer. He works as a producer at SERHANT. Studios, creating premium real estate content that generates millions of views across all social media platforms for Ryan Serhant's brokerage. Tejera owns a production company, Sfumato, is seeking funding for his first feature film, which he wrote and intends to direct.

ABOUT THE FILM: Stuck at home in a wheelchair, and with no news of her boyfriend, who left for a party without her, Daya goes in search of him on social media. ABOUT THE FILMMAKER: Passionate about cinema from an early age, Lionel Hirlé studied in Paris at the ESRA Film School. It was during this time that he met his future sidekick, Grégory Ohrel, with whom he formed the duo Greg&amp;Lio. For almost 10 years, they produced commercials and music videos together, some of which won awards at the French Victoires de la Musique ("Makeba" - Jain &amp; "Basique" - Orelsan) and a Latin Grammy ("Pa Dentro" - Juanes). Now working on his own, Lionel has decided to try his hand at fiction: "#followme" is his first short film.

ABOUT THE FILM: Stuck in the loop of a horror B-movie, a hyper sexualized Black female character decides to reject her fate and rebel against the script. Together, she and her boyfriend, a Black man who always dies first, throw the entire movie off-course. They try to outwit the serial killer and escape in order to break free–but the film has other plans. ABOUT THE FILMMAKER: Born in Paris, of West-Indian descent, Nicolas Polixene met Sylvain Loubet studying at the prestigious EICAR. In 2015, at Cannes Film Festival, Nicolas won the Océans Prize with his short film "Papé", selected by more than 70 festivals (Directors' Fortnight, Aspen, Palm Springs, Clermont-Ferrand) While working for Walt Disney France, inspired by his work on campaigns for the brand and its subsidiaries (Lucas Film, Marvel, Pixar), Sylvain started collaborating with Nicolas. In 2019, they wrote and co-directed "American Dream", produced by CAVIAR, a huge success winning awards at many festivals (UrbanWorld, Venice Shorts, SF Black Film, BronzeLens, etc.)

ABOUT THE FILMMAKER: Alexander's early one-man-show projects got him accepted into Emerson College where he majored in Film Production. After graduating, he started his career in post-production and has since worked annually on The Masters, The World Series, and The Super Bowl, editing some of the best moments in sports history for the eyes of millions. More recently, since branching out as a director, he's lead the way on 2 short films and is currently directing a feature length sports documentary following the recovery of one of the NFL’s greatest runningbacks, which will be produced by LBI Entertainment, Jamie Foxx, and Martin Scorsese.
