
ABOUT THE FILM:
When my granddaughter died of a fentanyl overdose, my niece Therese Dunn and I made this film to spread awareness about the dangers of fake pills and the perils of addiction. We chose the intimacy of 1st person narrative to convey the inner struggle of fentanyl dependence and its impact on family. Fent & Me is opioid addiction as seen through the eyes of a desperate teen.

Therese Dunn is a 14-year-old filmmaker who expresses herself in many creative mediums. She made her first film at age 11, My Bro, about her little brother and his heart condition.
