“Not a Teacup” is about the harmful effects of purity culture, including the testimonies of survivors and what objects their sexuality was referred to. Featuring stop-motion body painting and lots of teacups!


Director's Bio:

Mattan Cohen is a Los Angeles based filmmaker and composer with a BA in Film Production from USC's School Of Cinematic Arts and a MA in Scoring for Film and Visual Media from Pulse College, D.I.T., Dublin, Ireland. With over 30 film festival official selections and musical composition awards, Mattan has accumulated thousands of hours of Directing, Editing, Writing, Producing, Scoring, Audio Mixing, and Engineering Experience. He has been commissioned as a director or composer for Vimeo, M&M's, Tesla, Nestea, Whitelist, Everdream, Film Ed Academy of The Arts, Mike Vale (House Artist), Yonas Michael (U-N-I Rapper), Lauren Taylor (Star of Disney's "Best Friends"), and many others.
