A meditation on the nature of love and perception in an age of changing social mores and cultural turbulence, "War, Silence & Love" is a thematic short film trilogy comprised of three short films--“War, One Afternoon,” “Silence, Before Rain,” and “Love, By Nature,” which take place in 1967, 1969, and 1971, respectively. Shot entirely on Super 8 film and featuring an original score, this series of conceptually-interlocking, cinematic chapters form a modern, naturalistic exploration of visual storytelling.
Love, By Nature: Deep in the desert, void of resources and far from social judgment, a woman reevaluates her relationship with the man by her side, and wonders if he may be ideal for someone else. In the end, it doesn't matter how we look on the outside, it only matters how we feel on the inside.
