A rabbit wants to escape from an evil bunny factory.
Swinnen and Van Rompaey studied animation at LUCA School of Arts in Brussels, earning their master’s degree in 2002. They later obtained an additional diploma in Advanced Studies in
Character Animation from Animation Mentor.
In 2006, they founded the animation studio Plan78, which was renamed Rabbit Hole in 2018. They shared the vision that an animation studio should focus on believable character animation,
ensuring that whether it’s a simple cube or a mythical dragon, the characters come alive
and don't "just move."
In 2007 and 2008, they were part of the animation team at Larian Studios, working on
the critically acclaimed RPG Divinity 2. Since then, Bram and Reinout have focused on
building their studio's portfolio, producing commercial work for brands like Aldi and DHL
while always keeping a personal project on the side. Their short film "Lunch Break" won
multiple international awards, and their new project "Rabbit Hole, A Life Wasted" is
gaining attention on the festival circuit.
