While Darious helps his father Malcolm lifts weights in the basement, the awkwardness between them is palpable, and that becomes more evident when they go for a father-son bowling outing and Darious is noticeably distant. After his father gets into a massive fight with a man at the bowling alley, Darious is forced to deal with seeing his father be so outwardly violent and aggressive.
