Juan Constantino is an immigrant in every sense of the word. Through the lens of a South Bend native and a dreamer, Juan showcases the impact immigration has had on his life and the community of South Bend. Filmed during the COVID-19 pandemic, No Human Being is Illegal, explores South Bend’s Latino immigrant population and how the non-profit, La Casa de Amistad, has served the growing community.
