Juror comments: I like The Impossible Way because the narrator of the film, Grady Roderweiss-O’Brien, is funny. I like that he has his younger brother help him with his film. Sometimes it is difficult to understand what Grady is saying, but his use of graphics helps a bit. I especially like the images of the landscapes that are shown at the very beginning of the film.

The Impossible Way explains how it is better to be a vegetarian, so you don’t have to raise cows that give off bad gas, or carbon dioxide, and how you don’t have to kill animals to feed yourself.

I like meat, so I’m not sure if I would become a vegetarian myself, but I think Grady gives a good presentation of facts about the benefits of not eating meat. My favorite part I when he asks his brother a question and his brother looks super confused. I also love the background behind Grady when he’s sharing his facts.

The message of this film is to try to eat vegetarian, or at least cut down on meat. It can have benefits that you might not know about.

I give this film 4 out of 5 stars and recommend it for ages 7 to 13. Reviewed by Cadence G., KIDS FIRST! Film Critic
