Tonya convinces her best friend to gamble for the money, but they are held up by robbers in the club taking Lisa’s purse as a result. Upon realizing that a winning lottery ticket worth 3 million dollars is in the purse, they set out to find the crooks themselves. Determined to find the ticket they request assistance from gangster Gouchi Jan (Bridget Archer) who wants to defeat her rival Voodoo Slim (Torries Owens). Using their fearlessness and determination they find the lottery ticket only to discover that Lisa son, McKenzie wants to attend Jackson State University.

This is the monologue of Elmer Horner from the stage production “Death by Design” (The Secret Holocaust Of Wrightsville, Arkansas). It is the true story of 21 African American teenage boys ages 13-17 that burned alive who attended The Negro Boys Industrial School in Wrightsville, Arkansas in 1959 due to extreme racism. The chard remains of the boys were taken to a nearby funeral home where Elmer Horner along with other parents went to pick up different body parts of the table hoping they might have taken a piece of their son with them.
