Queer music artists continue to shift the culture through visual storytelling. We’re honored to feature several of these tastemakers in our community during our exclusive music video block. Each artist brings something unique to the visual landscape that we are excited to amplify.
Siaira Shawn has a voice that is as rousing as it is soothing, as pillowy as it is soulful. Her ability to depict the nuances of love in both mood and lyric has carried her from recording studios to the television; her song "Wrong Speed," earned a spot on the acclaimed HBO series Insecure. Her 2019 e.p.“Tender” went on to grow her fanbase and her musical profile and she released her e.p. “Ephemera" in late October of 2024. This project showcases her evolved and cinematic sound while depicting love in its different stages and possibilities. She co-founded nonprofit label, Over Everything where she wrote, advocated and creative directed for several artists. She continues that work and is busy working on new music. Kicking off 2026 she presented a sold out show with performer and creative director Victor Jackson called, “Rhythms of Romance.”
