Queer music artists continue to shift the culture through visual storytelling. We’re honored to feature several of these tastemakers in our community during our exclusive music video block. Each artist brings something unique to the visual landscape that we are excited to amplify.
Paige Alyssa is a queer singer-songwriter based in Brooklyn, NY. The multifaceted vocalist has produced a wide range of original works that center queer joy and their experiences as a self-proclaimed lover boy. In 2018, “Girl Crazy” was featured on astrologer Chani Nichols’ “Scorpio” playlist and garnered over 100k streams. By 2023, Paige was a member of the Recording Academy and had performed at their first national festival, “Music at the Intersection”. As a performer, Paige (aka The Soft Boy) is known for delivering high-energy performances. Their sound is inspired by funk and 90s RnB, which lends itself well to folks to groove to. Their 2024 EP, “The Soft Era,” perfectly captures these vibes on record. Experiencing them live will put you in the mood to dance and leave you feeling hotter than before.
