When Anna struggles with her early transition as a young trans woman, she meets Chloe and finds in her a sense of community and support.
After many memorable hikes together, Anna is devastated to learn that Chloe is moving away. As they share one final hike among the redwoods, Anna struggles to say goodbye to the friend who gave her the courage to live.
Set against a backdrop of rising anti-trans legislation across the country, Memories of Redwoods is a quiet, yet emotionally intimate story of trans friendship, chosen family, and hope for the future.
