The world outside of our hometowns is vast and diverse. Many young people come to see these unique stories only when they go away to a university. Fewer still are able to study abroad and experience the wonders of another country’s culture. This program, therefore, aims to showcase all of the wonders of international film (any films outside of the United States) from the young people across the globe willing to share their art.
About the film:
Denis has spent his life traveling by Vespa with his friends and the love of his life. When his wife dies, a bond breaks with his grandson Raphaël. Denis is now suffering from an incurable disease, he will reconnect with Raphaël around a final repair for a final trip.
About the Director:
Baptiste Chabot is a young French director born in 1997 near Bordeaux. It was in this region that he began to create cinematic portraits with photographers and models with his already very identified paw. He entered the 3iS Bordeaux film school in 2018 and went on to carry out ambitious projects such as Documentary, Advertising, Series, TV Production, and recently he wrote and directed his first short film "Essence".
