The Woodstock Film Festival is excited to announce the launch of SHORT FILMS, BIG STORIES, featuring new works from up-and-coming filmmakers that capture our inner monologues, embrace our identities, and interpret our current time. Commentary from the filmmakers is included within the program.

Audience awards ballots will be sent out before the conclusion of the short film program, and the winner will be announced on the 22nd.

In the middle of a long day of chemistry tests, up-and-coming actress Naomi nails the scene and charms the room. Despite her obvious talent, she leaves on a bit of an awkward note. Unaware that the audition tape is still rolling, the casting director and producer candidly discuss Naomi's audition and the implications of casting a mixed-race actress to play a white woman's daughter.
