His work has amassed over 900 million views worldwide across platforms, such as YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, Hulu, Amazon, and PBS. He has worked on web series "Worth It: Lifestyle," films "Blind Devotion" and "CoPilots" in partnership with Francis Chan, and the "#NotTheSame" PSA. He is most known for his videos that feature stories from marginalized voices and social justice. He explores his artistry through movement, spirituality, and deep script analysis. He is an actor, director, producer, and writer - but he simply identifies as an Artista (Tagalog for "Artist"). He pulls inspiration from his Filipino roots and his Queer identity. Last summer, Brandon produced "Borracho: Spanish for Drunken Bum" at the Hollywood Fringe Festival 2019, where it won an award and had a complete sold out run. Later that year, he was nominated for Broadway World Awards "Best Featured Actor in a Musical" for his work in Comfort Women: A New Musical. Most recently he starred in "Consent" directed by Andrew Cervantes where the short film won the Grand Jury Award at Outfest Fusion Film Festival.

Helen Kung is a preacher in the United Methodist Church, despite the fact that her parents, husband, and children are all non-believers. In this personal documentary, one of her children, who is trans and nonbinary, reflects on their relationship to the church as an adult. He graduated from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and is now an MFA candidate in Film &amp; Television Production at the University of Southern California.Robin was born in Xi'an, China in 1995, and decided to study abroad to pursue his passions for filmmaking.It was in U.S.A. that he gradually picked up his filmmaking professionalism. His first narrative short film at Duke, SWITCH, had garnered awards and recognition from thirteen international film festivals and competitions since its release in April, 2017. His second and third short films, Fair Faults, and the Gift of Winter won the Award of Merit at the IndieFest film awards. Most recently, his short film, Portrait of a Lady, was awarded best director at the Independent Horror Movie Awards.With his main thematic interests centering around Asian-LGBT intersectionality, he wants to create films that stimulate the mind as well as entertain the audience, in genres as diverse as romcom, heartfelt drama, fantasy and horror.

Now he is honing his skills as a writer, director, cinematographer and editor.&nbsp;His recent work walks the line between fiction and autobiography- his films have always been based on aspects of his own life, and uses them as a way to express his ideas and views on the world- almost like a diary! When not shooting or editing films, you can find him watching them!&nbsp;Other hobbies of mine include making music, drawing, painting, and acting.

Chinese immigrant Frank holds a family dinner to celebrate his Son Kevin’s graduation. During the dinner, Frank’s little brother Don announces the other great thing which is Don and his husband Will passed the adoption test, Frank is so happy for them. After the dinner, Frank gives Kevin a car to be the gift. Kevin is so excited and thankful, then Kevin takes his “girl friend” Emily to a joyride. They by a parking lot, Emily says she can not pretend to be Kevin’s girlfriend forever, she suggests Kevin to confess to his father. Kevin comes back to home and comes out to his father Frank. However, Frank’s attitude toward homosexuality completely changes, which is he can support anybody be gay except his own son, thus he falls into a deep self-struggle. Director Biography -&nbsp;Alan Tsao<img src="https://storage.googleapis.com/eventive-static/18dc75ea65cf4c88c877db3614504f57.jpg" width="167">I was born in China and I got my first camera when I was 10 years old. I got my master’s degree in film school in 2016 and currently based at San Francisco bay area. I have directed multiple short films, short documentaries, commercials and experimental video projects. I have experience in multiple positions throughout the film production process, but specialize in direction and editing.
