Nozomi (Miho Nakanishi) has a younger sister, with mental disability but has yet to tell her boyfriend, Takashi (Rikuto Kumaki), about her. One day, Nozomi finally informed him of Kie upon their engagement and Takashi got confused. From there, Nozomi faces a series of problems peculiar to a family with disabilities, and there, she starts to reconsider her life.

障がい者（精神障がい）の妹・希栄がいる姉のぞみ（中西美帆）は、 恋人である崇（熊木陸斗）に希栄（納葉）の存在を打ち明けられていない。ある日プロポーズをされたことをキッカケに希栄の存在を知らせたところ、崇は困惑してしまう。そこから 障がい者家庭特有の悩みに次々と直面し、“普通”の人生とは程遠い自分の人生に絶望し、のぞみは崇との結婚を諦めようとする。ところが、あることをキッカケに改めて自分の人生を考え直していく。
