Kristin Sedore
Lead Lighting Technical Director // Industrial Light & Magic
Kristin Sedore’s career started after graduating from the Vancouver Film School in 2004 and joining the first R+H Lighting Apprenticeship program. She spent the next few years solidifying

Kristin found her home at Industrial Light & Magic in 2014 where she has contributed to 14
projects in Lead and Senior roles. Her colleagues may argue that one of her greatest contributions was bringing service dogs in training to the studio from her volunteer work as a PADS puppy raiser, and paving the way to be a dog-friendly studio. She is a strong supporter of Disney’s VoluntEARS program and efforts to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion in VFX.
