Life Jacket takes you on a journey with refugees fleeing their war-torn country and persecution, as they request their simple human rights to live in better conditions.

While trusting a simple life jacket to keep them safe while crossing the Aegean Sea to reach the Island of Lesvos, they risk their lives in the hopes of reaching a better and safer place not knowing that they will end up in Camp Moria — a place that they say is worse than living in a war zone.

While the refugees live in a survival mode on the island of Lesvos, Life Jacket takes a look at the effective role of education in the healing process and in equipping the refugees, young and old, to a better future that awaits them and getting their legal status.
