Brandon Blevins

Comp Supervisor // Rodeo FX

Brandon Blevins Is a Compositing Supervisor working at Rodeo FX. With a passion for art and film, Brandon attended The Art Institute of Minnesota and The Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Focused on Traditional Drawing, sculpture, and VFX studies, he quickly found a love for Compositing.


After Relocating from LA to Montreal in 2014, Brandon Joined Rodeo FX and quickly grew into his role of Compositing Supervisor.  He recently spent the fall of 2019 working on the set of Lovecraft Country for HBO and lead his team through the final delivery of over 1200 shots. Some of his Supervision work includes IT2, Fantastic Beasts 2, Lovecraft Country, The Dark Pheonix, The Nutcracker, and the Four Realms, Dumbo, Fast and the Furious 8.

Eric Doiron

Head of Compositing // SpinVFX

(Chaos Walking, Raised by Wolves, The Umbrella Academy, Altered Carbon 2)


With over 20 years of experience creating digital content, and more than 9 years with SpinVFX, Eric specializes in high-end visual effects compositing for film and television. 


As Head of Compositing, he is responsible for over 60 artists spanning two studios in Toronto and Atlanta. Over the years he has served as a board member for the Visual Effects Society, and as a member of the Program Advisory Committee for Seneca College. Recently Eric has been working with Canadore College to develop a new Digital Visual Effects program specializing in compositing.

Joe Raasch

Senior Compositor // Take 5 Productions

Joe Raasch has been working as a VFX artist and teacher in Toronto, Canada over the last two decades. He is currently a senior digital compositor at Take 5 Productions, one of Canada's leading producers of award-winning television drama. While at Take 5, Joe has worked on Vikings, The Handmaid's Tale, Penny Dreadful, and Locke & Key. In addition to being recognized as a leader within the Toronto VFX community, Joe is also a dedicated teacher.


He has been the Coordinator of the Visual Effects Program at Seneca College since 2002. His students have gone on to work on The Mandalorian, Star Trek: Discovery, The Umbrella Academy, The Expanse, and Stranger Things. Joe is a former board member of the Toronto chapter of the Visual Effects Society (VES) and the Toronto Animation Arts Festival International (TAAFI). He was the first Foundry Certified Nuke Trainer in Canada and was responsible for integrating Nuke into Seneca College's Visual Effects program, the first school in North America to integrate Nuke into its curriculum in 2009.

Yash Gowda

Yash Gowda is an accomplished Primetime Emmy and Canadian Screen Awards nominated visual effects Compositing Supervisor. Currently, Head of Composting & 2d with Toronto based Canada's fastest-growing Technology & VFX company, Monsters Aliens Robots and Zombies (MARZ). Leveraging 11+ years of success within a variety of production formats including primetime dramas, major television series and feature films, he brings meticulous details, photographic art, creative strategies, and unparalleled technical skills to produce complex blends and create award-winning visual effects. As a master of tight budgets and timelines, he has been awarded 2010, Gold Medal for Academic Excellence in Visual Effects by the University of Wales (UK) for his extraordinary research & development on a motion-controlled camera rig for low-budget film makers. 


Driven by innovation from working as Cinematographer, Matchmover, Matte-Painter and Compositor, Yash has held a variety of roles within the industry which has provided the framework for his success today. His extensive post-production knowledge is the building block to his superior production process efficiencies. 


Yash’s work can be found across a wide variety of popular media encompassing animated creatures, extensive environments, digital water, and complex FX animation. Notably he has collaborated with the highly acclaimed Disney+ series Wanda Vision as a Compositing Supervisor alongside, Watchmen, The Umbrella Academy, The Ice Roads, The Expanse, Messiah, and The Walking Dead.

Terry Riyasat

Head of Creative Specialists // Foundry

Terry Riyasat is Foundry’s Head of Creative Services, Americas, based out of Toronto, Canada. Terry has been working in the visual effects industry for over 10 years working on commercials, television and film. He has worn many hats in the industry, most recently as a visual effects supervisor, but has also held the roles of artist, compositing supervisor as well as an on-set VFX supervisor. At Foundry, Terry leads the team of creative specialists in North America, working with our global customers on how to use and implement Foundry’s software into their pipelines.
