Narissa Wall

Industrial Light & Magic

Narissa is an artist based in Vancouver, Canada. She has always loved creating art and being out in nature and at a young age became interested in the world of film production. She’d make small movies on her own, either through stop motion or with a camera and a few close friends.

After high school, she got a job at a small videography studio and worked closely with cameras and practical lighting. Near the end of her time there she realized she had a strong interest in visual effects. By that point, she knew she wanted to go back to school and learn new skills, so she enrolled at Think Tank Training Centre.

Narissa was hired by Industrial Light & Magic before she even graduated and has been there since. During her time at ILM she has worked on Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Aladdin, Black Panther, Black Widow and Terminator: Dark Fate, in a variety of disciplines.

Rhea Lonsdale

Environment Generalist TD // DNEG

(Dune, Venom: Let There Be Carnage, The Matrix 4)

Rhea Lonsdale is an Environment Generalist TD at DNEG. With an early start in arts administration, Rhea was always fascinated by the more technical side of the creative industries. Armed with a copy of the Maya 2016 manual and tutorials from Lynda.com, Pluralsight and Youtube, she took an artist residency in small-town northern BC and spent the summer studying how to work in 3D.

A self-taught VFX professional, she had a diverse freelance career in architectural visualization, 3D asset creation and environments before applying to DNEG's Environment Generalist Greenlight program in 2019. She soon fell in love with the challenge and scope of environment generalist work, and — as a huge sci-fi fan — was thrilled to recently contribute to the highly anticipated Dune last year. Her other titles include Venom: Let There Be Carnage and The Matrix 4.
