After Joseph is released from jail, he faces inner demons that stand in the way of true freedom.


A beautiful but internally difficult film about dealing with past traumas and how to approach the rest of the world. Starring Calgary performing artist Shane Ghostkeeper as Joseph; he also stars in CIFF 2023 feature films FAULTLINE and TALES FROM THE REZ.


Director Bruce Miller will be in attendance at the September 25 screening.


CONVICTION will be screened as a part of the SHORTS: ALBERTA SPIRIT package.
