9 Alberta-made short films that showcase talent from all around the province. From experimental animation to danceable documentaries, this diverse group of films will have something that will surely appeal to everyone.



Julian, an isolated and forlorn painter, spends most of his days in his house staring at one particular and strange painting. He is troubled nightly by the same dream of a past lover, alongside a myriad of recurring memories and daily visits from spirits. On this particular day, we watch Julian go through his usual routine and indulge in allowing pivotal memories from his past to invade his reality. All the forces of Julian’s life are pushing him towards his great destiny to find his own truth.


Director Jae Sterling will be in attendance at the September 25 screening.
