Lily and her family travelled to Alice Springs to watch the 2021 Finke Desert Race. They camped along the track (out of the way of the dust) and then walked the few hundred metres to the track to watch it. The cars and bikes were so fast they are only visible for a few seconds so capturing footage can be hard. It was challenge to gett the different angles and give the viewer the feeling of 'being there'.
